The lightening bolt and cloud is a really awesome part of this picture. I really like the angle's that you have going on and it definitely has some movement going on. This is a very nice narrative!
Your design is awesome, I like how you used layers to create the look that the lightning bolt it over top of building. Good use of drop shadow on the lines on the road and on your pink building. The colors really pop out at you, and make it look like a cartoon. Plus, I love BigCityDreams, and NevershoutNever
